Cookie policy
Version 2026-10-06
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Without some of them this site would not work — you could neither sign in nor finish a booking. Everything else needs your consent, and without it nothing is loaded.
How we ask
On your first visit a banner appears with two options of equal weight: “Essential only” and “Accept all”. Until you choose, no analytics cookie is loaded, and closing the banner counts as a refusal. We record your answer together with the version of this policy on our side as well — so we can show what we asked and what you answered.
The cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| cryobay-session | Keeps your session: signing in to your account and the booking form. | Essential | Until the browser closes |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against forged requests from other sites. | Essential | Until the browser closes |
| cryobay-cookie-consent | Remembers your answer to the banner so it stops appearing. Stored in the browser (localStorage). | Essential | Until you clear it |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics traffic statistics. | Analytics | Up to 2 years |
Changing your mind
Your choice is not final. You can bring the banner back and answer differently — withdrawing consent stops analytics cookies being used from that moment.
Current choice: not chosen yet
Third-party cookies
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). They load only after you consent and are used only for aggregate traffic statistics: how many people visited and which pages they read. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Browser settings
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Note that blocking the essential ones means you will not be able to sign in or complete a booking.
