Booking and purchase terms
Version 2026-10-06
These terms are the contract between you and the salon. They apply to every booking made through this website, so they are worth reading before you confirm a time.
Who provides the service
Services are provided, and payments taken, by the company named below. It is also the seller for the purposes of these terms.
Company details have not been entered in the admin yet.
How the contract is made
Choosing a service, a specialist and a time and confirming the booking places your order. The contract is made when you receive the confirmation email. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder and contact us — there may be a typo in the address.
Prices
All prices are in euros and final: they include every tax applicable at the time the service is provided. Prices can change, but the one that applies to you is the one shown when your booking was confirmed.
Ways to pay
Each service states how it can be paid for. The possibilities are:
- Pay at the salon before the treatment — the booking is confirmed straight away.
- Pay the full amount online when booking.
- Pay part of the price online as a deposit, and the rest at the salon.
Online payments are taken through the payment provider OPAY. You enter your card details in its environment; we neither see nor store them.
How long a slot is held while payment is pending
Where a service has to be paid for in advance, the time is held for you for 30 minutes. If payment does not arrive within that window the booking is cancelled automatically and the slot returns to the schedule. This is not a penalty — a slot simply cannot stand unpaid indefinitely.
Cancelling and rescheduling
You can cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit, using the link in your confirmation email or from your account.
- Cancel in time and anything paid in advance is refunded in full, by the method you paid with, within 14 days.
- Cancel later than 24 hours before, and the deposit is not refunded: by then the slot was no longer offered to anyone else and the specialist's hour stayed empty.
- Not turning up without telling us counts as the service having been provided, and what was paid is not refunded.
- If we have to cancel, we refund everything and offer you another time.
The 14-day right to withdraw
Because the contract is concluded at a distance, consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. What matters is how that right interacts with a booked slot:
- If the visit has not yet taken place, an email is enough — the money is refunded within 14 days of us receiving it.
- If you ask for the service to be provided before the 14 days are up and it is fully provided, you lose the right to withdraw. By booking a slot inside that window you are expressly making that request and acknowledging the consequence.
- If the service was only partly provided, we refund the proportion that was not.
Invoices
An invoice is issued for every service paid for and sent to you by email as a PDF. If you need it made out to a company, give the company name, registration number and VAT number in the booking notes or write to us before the visit.
Health and safety
Cryotherapy has contraindications. Before your first treatment you must tell the specialist about your state of health, pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, ongoing treatment or anything else that could matter.
- The specialist may refuse to carry out a treatment where they see a risk to your health. If that happens, anything paid is refunded.
- Please arrive sober and not under the influence of psychoactive substances.
- Where material health information is withheld, the salon is not responsible for the consequences.
Arriving late
If you are late the treatment is shortened by as much, because another client is booked after you. The price does not change. Arriving more than halfway into the service counts as not turning up.
Complaints and disputes
If a service was not what was promised, write to us — we answer within 14 calendar days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may take the matter to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, tarnyba@vvtat.lt, vvtat.lt) or to a court under Lithuanian law.
Personal data
What we collect in order to perform this contract, and what you can do about it, is set out in the privacy policy.
Privacy Policy →Final provisions
These terms and any relationship arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We may change them; the version that applies to your order is the one published when your booking was confirmed. The current version date is shown at the top of this page.
